AND EXCHANGES
All returns must have a return authorization number
on the outside of the package. For an authorzation number please call
1-888-475-8464.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without an authorization
number.
PLAIN DRESSES:
With the letter “A” in the Style Number...
May be returned for full refund or size exchange at your option. Returns
must be made within 30 days to UNWASHED, UNWORN GARMENTS ONLY, WITH
ORIGINAL FACTORY TAGS INTACT. For hygiene reasons, dresses without
attached original tags will not be accepted for any returns. Please
call for return authorization number prior to return. Shipping, Handling
& Rush charges are not refundable.
DECORATED DRESSES:
With the letter “B” or “C”
in the Style Number...
May be returned for size exchange or store credit at your
option. We do not offer money-back refunds on decorated dresses,
only exchanges! Returns must be made within 30 days to UNWASHED,
UNWORN GARMENTS ONLY, WITH ORIGINAL FACTORY TAGS INTACT. For
hygiene reasons, dresses without attached original tags will
not be accepted for any returns. Please call for return authorization
number prior to return. Ship & handle & Rush charges
are not refundable.
If you are not certain of your purchase, please
order the dress plain, then return it to have the decorations
added, once you are certain of your purchase.
Special Order Policy:
A special order is for you if you desire a color not listed
as a color choice, or if you require special sizing, not offered
in our stock size offerings. We are happy to accept your special
orders on the following terms:
*NO RETURNS*
Returns will not be accepted for ANY reason. All sales of special-ordered
dresses are FINAL SALES. Please be very certain of your size prior
to ordering. We will not accept returns on Special Orders for any
reason, including size exchanges. A $20.00 cutting charge will be
added to dress price shown for all special orders.
Alterations: Garments
are not returnable for any reason once they have been altered.
Most minor alterations are not charged a
fee, however, we may charge a fee for extensive alterations. Please
call us to discuss the alterations you need, as well as to obtain
a return authorization number. Ship and Handle charges will apply,
even if we do not charge for the alteration.
Baton Twirlers:
We will be happy to make any dress in this catalog as a leotard.
There is no cutting fee for this service. See our Special Order
Policy. No returns or exchanges.
