Crystal Decoration Policy...
We will professionally hand-apply crystals to your dress, in any quantity you desire. In general, we will follow the outline as shown in the photo. Since most photos feature 300+ crystals, ordering fewer than 300 crystals will cause some areas to have lighter coverage, or no coverage. Please ask if you are uncertain. In order to achieve the look of the photo, we suggest that you order 300+ crystals for most sizes (GL-LM), 400+ for a larger adult (LL+), and 200+ for a smaller child (GM-). Of course, more crystals almost always look better! We will apply your crystals in an artistic, unique application. We sell our Crystals by a Quantity Count. Therefore, if you would like your crystals placed in a particular area, we will be happy to take your request, at no extra charge, at the time of ordering. Custom decorated dresses are a final sale, except for correction of a fitting problem.

We normally make our Couture Dresses to your order. We normally ship most orders within ten business days of receipt of your order. That time line may increase or decrease due to seasonal demand or back ordered products from our vendors. We will provide a shipping time line upon receiving your order, or if you call and ask. This time line is for production only, and does NOT include time in transit. If you need your dress Rushed please see Rush Services for fees.

Our Couture dresses are Cut and Sewn and Decorated to your order. Therefore, All Stock Couture Dresses, in any Decoration Option are available for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT, under ALL of the Return Conditions described below. .

Ready to SHip dresses are eligible for a REFUND, provided ALL of the "Return Conditions described below are met. .

Return Conditions...

• Factory Tags MUST BE Attached...With NO evidence of tag removal, and no evidence that the garment has been washed or worn. .
• Within 30 DAYS... All Returns must be received by us within 30 days of your receipt. Please return via insured mail.
• NO Custom Dresses or Special Sizes...INCLUDING:
• Couture dresses with Personalized Options
• Ready To Ship dresses with Custom Design Options
• Customized dresses (mix-n-match, dance skirts, leotards)
• Custom Sized dresses (cut to measure & GXS & 3XL & up)
• Custom decorated dresses
• All CUSTOM DRESSES ARE A FINAL SALE, except for correction of fit problems. If your dress does not fit, please submit photos to us, and we will adjust the fit as needed.
• NO Refunds on S&H or Rush Fees... Unless the shipper didn’t deliver, or we didn’t ship as promised.
• NOT Altered, Used, Damaged or Washed... This should go without saying, but we have to say it.

Custom Fitting (before the sale)...
If your measurements are either above or below the chart above, or they are all over falling into multiple categories, please call us at 888-475-8464. We can cut your dress to your personal measurements. The cost is $35. on Qwik Ships, and $25.00 on Couture dresses. Custom sizes are a final sale, except for alterations for a proper fit.

Alterations & Tailoring (after the sale)...
We are happy to alter any dress within 30 days of purchase. Charges range from free to $30. (plus s&h) depending upon the extent of the alteration needed. Please include photos. Altered Dresses are a Final Sale. Please email us with photos for a time & cost estimate.

Substitutions...
Occasionally, our vendor will discontinue a fabric before our catalog has expired. If a fabric or trim should become unavailable, the substituted fabric will be as good as, or better than the original fabric.
