International Customers & Duties:
The customer is exclusively responsible for payment of all customs, duties and import taxes due on merchandise. In the event that the customer fails to pay their obligation, and that cost reverts to the Sender, Sender will pay the bill on the customer' s behalf, and charge the customer' s credit card for all monies paid. The customer agrees in advance to this as a condition of sale. International orders may only be paid with credit card, and credit card information must be verified prior to shipping of goods out of the USA.

Couture Return Policy...
Our Couture dresses are Cut and Sewn and Decorated to your order. Therefore, All Stock Couture Dresses, in any Decoration Option are available for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT, under ALL of the Return Conditions described below.
Return Conditions…
- Factory Tags MUST BE Attached...With NO evidence of tag removal, and no evidence that the garment has been washed or worn.
- Within 30 DAYS... All Returns must be received by us within 30 days of your receipt. Please return via insured mail.
- NO Custom Dresses or Special Sizes...INCLUDING:
- Couture dresses with Personalized Options
- Ready To Ship dresses with Custom Design Options
- Customized dresses (mix-n-match, dance skirts, leotards)
- Custom Sized dresses (cut to measure & GXS & 3XL & up)
- Custom decorated dresses
- All CUSTOM DRESSES ARE A FINAL SALE, except for correction of fit problems. If your dress does not fit, please submit photos to us, and we will adjust the fit as needed.
- NO Refunds on S&H or Rush Fees... Unless the shipper didn’t deliver, or we didn’t ship as promised.
- NOT Altered, Used, Damaged or Washed... This should go without saying, but we have to say it.
Other...
We reserve the right to refuse service, and to refuse any order for any reason.
We reserve the right to substitute fabrics when the original fabric is discontinued, backordered or becomes unavailable. The substituted fabric will be of silimar quality and design to the original fabric.
When a dress needs to be exchanged for another for any reason, we normally require receipt of the original dress prior to shipping out the replacement dress. If you are in a hurry, and do not have time for us to receive your original dress back first, you will be charged for the replacement dress on your credit card as a deposit for the return of the original dress. When the original dress is received in good condition, you will receive a full refund of the deposit. You agree to this policy as a condition of sale, if you choose to have us ship you a replacement dress prior to receipt of your original dress.
